What do u do when 3 goondus corner and poke/tickle u nonstop in a kitchen?No. 1: Grab a steak knife and threaten them.

The knife didn't work so I resorted to violence. Lol!! STOOOOPID JJ, RIC AND CHAK!!!! ARGH!!! I couldn't even pour water for the customer. Wah liew! Am I that 'pokable'? =/ They Gooooooodddd!! Haha! There's gonna be many gossips man... how 'interesting'!
Worked from 6pm to 1am ytdy, reached home only at 2am and slept at 3am. Woke up at 7.30am for my morning shift today. They called me rabbit cuz my eyes were SUPER red. 14 hrs of standing and now my legs... are dreadfully... PAINFUL! =((( Will some kind soul massage them for me? LOL! I took a quick nap earlier. Josh must hv missed me A LOT cuz he kept bugging me to go for a movie (ghost rider) and not waste their 1 ticket which Tim left. Lol! In the end I stood firm so I stayed home to rest my wobbly legs and red eyes. Besides, Jo had asked me for a movie with her and Sarah too. That'll be pushed to March.

CNYI FINALLY HAVE THE CHANCE TO BLOG! hehehe!~ On Tuesday, my relatives and neighbours came. Arnold and Amelia didn't come cuz one had a church event and the other was sick. Adeline was hardly recognizable due to anorexia. She's recovering now though. Kor Wen came along and we all started trying out all the different gummies. Then someone accidentally knocked water into one portion so Sis and Kor Wen tried to salvage/save the gummies by drying them on a piece of tissue. Rescue was futile cuz the gummies had dissolved in the water. -.-" Anyway an unexpected guest came by too - Dad's long lost cousin, Uncle Dave. If only Dad had his height and skin colour. =/ I want to meet my cousins' cousins and hang out with my cousins one day! HEHEHE!

Now about ytdy. I was bored and it was my off-day so I went out with the guys and God bro. They went shopping, I went window shopping. Details at potatoboy's blog. =)I went to get my sister's and my lenses, at the same time have an eye check. Current degree: R-300 L-350. I have slight astigmatism too. =/ I painted my toes nails!!! HAHA! So vain?! I had reason to do so. After that badminton session with the wrong shoes, I busted my big toe and from purple, part of the nail turned green. -.-""" Wearing a plaster would be temporary and quite useless. Now I can CONFIDENTLY wear flip flops! Hahahaha! =P
Work
Just now, I was awoken by Sky. She called asking me if I knew I had morning shift at 1030. The time she called: 1030. Lol! The day before, Melisa asked me to take over but it wasn't confirmed. They said they'd call again to let me know, which they didn't. So I assumed I didn't have to go down to work. I rushed and reached at 1130. Luckily it wasn't crowded. And the best thing is someone took over my night shift. Doing night shift is more tiring, more busy and the worst is I actually had to do closing today. *phew* Stupid Ric loves to pull my leg. That bugger... The kitchen staffs are sooo nice to me. HAHA! =D They asked if I wanted to go to Emily's hse to gamble after closing but since I don't and I have to work the next day, I'll give it a miss. Besides, I value my sleep more. =D I'll be the host tmrw..woots!~ =P My Monday and Tuesday will be free. I hope the 6Cians can come over. =D

pre-CNY: Familiar places, familiar faces
Anyway I went to the coffee shop in BP. Had western food from a very familiar store. They moved over from Teck Whye (where I previously lived at). Yummylicious! =D 1/4 the price of cartel's too! LOL! xP I miss coffee shops! I told my mom I'll bring my friends there to eat and relax and if it gets too late and there's no more buses, we'll go to the flat to sleep. Mom says I could get another set of keys. YAY! LOL! Wasted that house doesn't have any internet connection! =/ Also, I met Ching Yee at NTUC. I miss the juniors and teachers and almost (i said ALMOST!) everyone I know in CHR! =( I said I'll definitely go back to visit. Hehe! I'm kinda looking forward to go to the Covernant Too at vista point cuz I've become quite familiar with Woodlands. That'll be several yrs down the road anyway. =) Right now, dear sis lent me her com so I don't have to wait for my bro to finish with the other com. My parents went for round 2 at Sheng Siong. The old man's knee is still hurting. I wish I could tie him to his bed. LOL!
Ytdy after badminton with Rayne, Sky, Dickson and Yuan Soon at CCK, we met Loretta and Ric for dinner. I just had a drink cuz I was supposed to have dinner with my family at Prata Place. I was exceptionally high somehow. And I think I was a bit mean to Kor Wen. Lol!!! Weeeee!~
I AM REEEAALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO NP! SO FAR FOR MY COURSE, JO, SARAH, GUI XIANG, JOSH AND VISHAL HAVE APPLIED FOR IT TOO. GX WILL DEFINITELY GET IN WITH HIS BIAN TAI GRADES. IF VI GETS IN, I THINK I WILL TOO SINCE WE HAVE THE EXACT SAME SCORES. THAT SLACKER...I DON'T LIKE HIM. ALWAYS WIN IN ARGUMENTS. HE MIGHT JUST BECOME MY CLASSMATE FOR 8 YRS. OH NOOOOOO!! 0.0 LOL! I was clearing all my stuffs from every corner of the house. Sis says she's nv seen someone so happy about spring cleaning. I don't know what's happening to me too. LOL! Last Dec when I did cleaning, my maid was so happy to earn $2 by selling a pile of my papers to the karang guni. Now another pile awaits her. Hehehe! My room is still lacking a desk, drawers and a full length mirror! ARGH! And my bedroom slippers ran into hiding too. Need to shop soon!
STEF: SSO how?? Sam how?? D. L. will be gg to Msia tmrw till 25th. Super funny just now. He msged saying he was gg back to Msia and asked if I wanted anything from there. I jokingly told him to get me 2 kampong chickens, ba kua, chewing gum and pirated CDs. Lol!! Then he asked again "sure u don't want anything?". I said "okok gimme Muah chicken rice ball, Ipoh hor fan and Penang laksa". Lol!!! Bleah... He said play bluff again when he gets back. LOL! Meanwhile I'm gonna find mah jong tiles. =P

Few days back, my sis and mom had one of those nasty, heated quarrels. My parents and sis don't seem to communicate well often. Then mom's pain acted up again. She fetched me to work and poured out her feelings. I didn't understand much about what's gg since it was all work-related so I just listened. I felt really horrible cuz I couldn't even do or say anything to help. =( Inside I just felt like crying... When I returned from work, everything seemed back to normal.
I wanted to look for a job outside home cuz I wanted to see what ppl out there were like. Pay, to me, was secondary. I could have worked for my parents but I didn't like the idea since I'd rather not get paid from my own parents. I help out at times doing simple stuffs but I don't want pay for those. Afterall we're family. Whr I work, it's sad to see so many complicated lives. Wai[1] ppl, lonely ppl, even seeing almost everyone there smoke is sad. But they are nice! The chefs sing and tease and let me try their new recipes, all the guys are very cheeky, the girls are helpful, the superiors are funny... Everytime, I get to experience different things. The most impt thing is to not get influenced in the bad ways, don't let ur mind be clouded so much so u start doing things u shouldn't just to fit in. Be firm and self-disciplined. I guess this is applicable in sch and work. I always try to be a friend to everyone and be on the neutral side. Nowonder I get stressed up so easily! lol! Anyway I'm really fortunate to meet all these ppl.

14 feb:My heart broke. And no, not because I wasn't asked out, neither did I break up with anyone. I went to work and this was what happened:
Lil girl to dad: Why not we ask this aunty to cut the bread for us?
Kim: I...adda...but the...wibba... -.-" ME? AUNTY!?? =(
Evil Kim in head: Throws kicks and punches to lil girl's father for not teaching her well.
Cartel was super packed! Being the host on such days is seriously tedious work! The nice uncle from the kitchen (dunno his name =/) asked why I didn't celebrate 'qing ren jie". lol! He gave me fries too. Weehee! HAHA! My working hours were extended from 10 to 11pm. I even did closing till 12 and I won't be paid for that. =( After clearing up, all of us stayed back awhile to makan (someone went to a nearby place to get food). We were all talking and teasing..haha! Quite fun la.
Anyway my V day was like any other ordinary day. I usually treat it as a Friendship day instead. For now. =) I woke up as usual that day - late. Watched an episode of a Kr show. Received a nice surprise. Hahaha! I will put it on and keep that note la! My sis said it's cool. =P And SHE didn't pierce. LOL! =PpP I didn't get to wish anyone cuz I hvn't got the chance to MSN/skype or even blog. Been busy working at night and in the day time, Bro's hogging the com, indulging in more korean stuffs. lol! So...Happy Belated V/Friendship Day everyone! ^^
On the topic of L-O-V-E, different ppl hv different opinions. Some are, well, rather despo. lol. Today, 2 ppl asked me stuffs like "do u believe in love at first sight" and "why don't you want to go into a relationship?"... Well, to the first, I replied: oh yea I do...I fell in love with the new sofa set the moment I saw it. And to the second question: I've been in relationships...the family and friends kind. That's enough L-O-V-E for me for now. hahaha! I've received many "you don't look like the kind who hasn't had a bf before!" Ripley's believe it or not. HAHA! -.- I just don't wanna make life more complicated than it already is. =P Though I've never been into a BGR, I've learned a lot from being the observer. =) It trains the mind to be more mature too. Haha!

My mom, dad and him while at work today, had happened to chance across this really nice set that suits my house sooo much! It was love at 1st sight... LOL! Say gdbye to yucky leather sofas and glass-metal tables! Woot! And my aunt Eva called to tell us her family will be in Aus and won't come over to my place during CNY. SOBS!!!! I won't get to see Nicole and Krystian and Krystian's huge feet. =( Everyone's gg to Aus! Nooooooooo~

As you can see, I'm extremely bored so I blogging 3 times in a span of a few hours. =/ Anyway I just wanted to do something lame and come up with a 'wantlist'. *HINT HINT* Here goes...LATER:
1) Go to Korea
2) A new HP gadget (preferably sony ericsson or samsung) when the contract is up. I like my current one but it's scratched and has very little space. I want a phone with better camera features too. Hehe!
3) An ipod or some gadget with big space cuz I have LOTS of songs.
4) Meet up with Banana, Clint, Shanice.
VERY SOON:
1) A BICYCLE!! I've always wanted to cycle all the way to woodlands w/o my parents knowing. LOL! =X
2) Go to ECP and Changi

4) Get into BS, commit myself to it, enjoy it, excel in it.

7) A LAP TOP!!! I want the photoshop software!! I want lots and lots of space for movies/dramas/series/games. I need Tomato's recommendations too. Fujitsu? Hmm...

I attempted to do a voice recording but I decided to do away with it in the end cuz it was weird. =D I'm all alone at home cuz I'm off today. Everyone's out at work so I'm left at home to answer the office calls. *THUMP THUMP* It's the 1st time I'm helping my Mom with such stuffs so I hope I don't mess up. I've just edited a quotation, signed and chopped on it, and faxed it over to the client. Then I spoke to that client as well. 0.0... AHHHHHH!! Well at least on the bright side, I have the whole office to myself meaning I can use the com for hours to watch my Korean shows albeit with now and then disturbances from the phone. ME WANTS HEROES!!! ME WANTS PB2!! =DDD

Btw I thought I saw 2 Edwins at the airport. He sure looked like his brother, except his brother was specs-less and taller. Hahaha! After saying gdbye, we all proceeded to popeyes to have dinner. The place was packed so we had takeaways and ate at the viewing gallery. The 3 girls left first so once again, I became 'brother Kim'. We had this 'Bridge league' and them cards must have really really liked me. Lol! We all broke up and went home in different ways - some took the bus while some, the MRT. I felt super super super super super X100 weird without my handphone. It's an important must-have item for me so it felt as if I had forgotten to put my shoes on when I left the house. The way home was...so lonely. LOL! Bah... Chicken!! Gomawo yo!! Anyway Edwin, before I forget twice, Jo and Min wishes u all the best too. =) Take care aiight? May the peace of the Lord be always with u. Hehehe!
My after-feelings about the results have been rather mixed. At times, my heart feels weighed down. Then at times, I'm grateful. I want to choose to be grateful. =D My family has said little but done much for me during this time. Because of them I felt so comforted. ^^

Ytdy I almost really wanted a wheelchair. I worked full day, abt 9 hrs of standing and running and it was too much for my ankles and knees. It hurt so bad I lay in bed for 2 hrs b4 I could fall asleep. Running for long hrs ain't a prob... the most, muscle ache. Walking for long hours is as good as amputating my legs... don't ask me why.Today I joined Stef and Sam for badminton but I was late cuz I knew I would be too tired if I had to get up at 7.45. My legs were still aching though not so bad so I didn't play too hard. We played a doubles match and I couldn't even take simple shots. Damn frustrating sia!! Totally off-form today. After badminton, we 3 went to cwp to meet Joel. Stef forgot some stuffs so she went back. Sam and I kept ourselves busy with plucking some funny plant and littering the ground with them..lol bleah! At the foodcourt, we were 1/3 eating our spicy food and 1/3 sniffing. The other 1/3 was us waiting for xiao jie Joel to finish his ban mian. He had to measure the noodles, count the number of strands, stare at them for awhile before nibbling on them. LOL... We played bluff after that and it was super crappy la!! Recently I've been very naughty. I played cards till late at night, I played in places such as Fish n Co and Swensens, I played in the foodcourt today and finally, I wanna play mahjong. LOL!
Anyway I'm beat man! Work after badminton - I will TRY not to have Saturday shifts next time..xD I was like 'floating' at work cuz I didn't feel very good. Very hot inside and nose was and still is drippy. Haha. I ended at 10 but I stayed back with the rest to makan and chit chat. Like one BIG family sitting in the Alfresco area (outside of the cafe), Haha! Luckily mom and dad were nearby so they came to pick me up. Aiight I better get some slp already, lest my body malfunctions. =P
